There are currently no fees for using any part of The Website. We reserve the right to introduce new fees from time to time. We are not responsible for any fees charged by any other Internet site (not provided by us).

Use of The Website and these Terms shall be subject to, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore for every purpose. Any claim relating to the use of The Website shall be heard exclusively by the Singapore Courts.

12. Additional Terms and Conditions for Personalised Portal
You shall ensure that all information submitted through the Personalised Portal is complete, accurate, true and correct. Where supporting documents are requested / needed, you should ensure that all information submitted through the Personalised Portal is consistent with that shown in the supporting documents. Failure to do so may result in delay in processing or rejection of the application. You may be liable for costs incurred due to false or incorrect information submitted.
While every care is taken by us in providing the Personalised Portal, the Government disclaims all liability whatsoever, and no warranty is given that access to the Personalised Portal will be provided uninterrupted or free from error or that any identified defect will be corrected and the Government disclaims all liability for any direct, incidental or consequential damage or loss, that may result from such interruptions or errors or defects, including but not limited to:
(i) any loss of, or any inability to retrieve, any data or information however caused as a result of any interruption, suspension or termination of service; and
(ii) any inaccuracy in the information presented, used or transmitted through the Personalised Portal.
We are not responsible for any loss of security or information or any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the use of the Personalised Portal due to any reason whatsoever including but not limited to:
(a) your use of the Personalised Portal;
(b) you not following the instructions, procedures and directions for using the Personalised Portal or not using forms and procedures which are prescribed or approved by us; or
(c) the breakdown or malfunction of the computer, its terminal connection lines, data processing system, transmission link or any other equipment whether or not belonging to us.
We shall be entitled to remove or update your mobile number without notice if it is brought to our attention that the mobile number provided by you has been recycled or transferred.
We shall be entitled to suspend or terminate the Personalised Portal or vary the Personalised Portal or the operating hours of the Personalised Portal at any time without prior notice at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason thereto and without prejudice to our rights against you including all rights of action for any antecedent breach of Agreement for use of Personalised Portal by you.
13. Terms and Conditions for eServices
In addition to these Terms, you shall also be required to comply with all other terms and conditions of the respective eServices when using them.
In the event of conflict, the terms and conditions of the respective eServices shall prevail.
