How to submit your entry?

• You may choose to give your ideas/feedback on ANY ONE of the contest topics.
• Email your idea/feedback to iGovfeedback@ida.gov.sg in the following format:
  • Email Subject : Gov e-services – <Question no>
  • Example: “Gov e-services – Q1” if you are answering to Q1 on CitizenConnect centres.
• Please provide your idea/feedback (specific to the topic) directly within the email message. DO NOT send any attachments, eg. MS Word document.
  
• Your idea/feedback should be no more than 1,000 characters.
  
• Provide the following personal details in the email:
  
  • Name (as in NRIC)
    
  • NRIC Number
    
  • Nationality
    
  • Address
    
  • Contact No
